Package 2: LED Panel for Map light + LED Panel for trunk
Option 3: LED Panel for Map light + T10 LED bulb for trunk + LED License Plates
Option 4: LED Panel for Map light + LED Panel for trunk + LED License Plates

Note* For LED Panel on the trunk light you have to remove the plastic cover over the bulb. There's double sided tape on the panel so you can stick it on wherever you may like. For the normal T10 LED bulb you can still use the stock cover.
